Documented frequency, high-touch disinfection and supply management for Hopkins commercial facilities.
Restroom sanitation is the area of commercial cleaning where documentation matters most. If a complaint arises — whether from a tenant, an employee or an inspector — a documented sanitation frequency is the only evidence of consistent service. We maintain a service log for every restroom program.
Every restroom service includes fixture cleaning (toilets, urinals, sinks), high-touch surface disinfection (flush handles, faucet handles, door handles, dispenser faces), mirror and glass cleaning, floor mopping with a disinfectant solution, waste removal and supply restocking (soap, paper towels and tissue at a minimum — other supplies can be added to scope).
Nightly service is standard for offices and retail with regular foot traffic. Three-per-week programs work for lower-traffic suites. Facilities with higher usage — a Hopkins fitness studio on Mainstreet Hopkins or a multi-tenant building with shared restrooms — may require daytime mid-service visits. Those are quoted separately from the primary nightly program.
We use EPA-registered disinfectants with appropriate dwell times for each surface type. Contact times vary by product — we do not wipe and move on before the chemistry has time to act. Product data sheets are available on request.
If your building provides supplies, we restock and report low-stock levels in the service log. If you want us to manage supply inventory, that is quoted as a separate line and billed at cost plus handling.
